Valtteri Bottas Signed 2013 Race Used Gloves

2013 Formula 1 Season

Description

Dedicated F1 collectors won’t want to miss out on this special pair of race used gloves, worn and signed by 9-times Grand Prix winner Valtteri Bottas during the 2013 Formula 1 World Championship season.

2013 was Valtteri’s first season in F1 and, as a rookie, he demonstrated flashes of speed on many occasions on his way to 17th in the Drivers’ championship, including recording a strong 8th place finish at the United States Grand Prix. Above all, however, it was Bottas’ astonishing act of qualifying 3rd on the grid at the Canadian Grand Prix in the recalcitrant Williams FW35 that marked him out for future F1 stardom and it was shortly after this event that these gloves were sold at auction.

This dark blue and white pair of Puma race gloves carry the logos of Williams team sponsor Oris Swiss Watches and show authentic signs of race wear. To make them even more special, both have been signed by Valtteri himself and are accompanied by an official Certificate of Authenticity from the Williams F1 team, which has been executed by legendary team principal Frank Williams with his monogrammed wax seal.
